MARENER Industries was contracted to perform the fabrication and installation of a moon pool structure from the main deck to the underwater hull along with other ship modifications such as the repositioning of the hydraulic deck crane. Over 90 tonnes of steel was fabricated and installed in under 30 days with a peak workforce of 28 people. This project was the critical path for the overall docking period and was completed ahead of schedule with no loss of time accidents or safety incidents.
